Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of incense and dhoop products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used incense sticks and dhoop sticks are not eligible for return.
  • Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery or improper storage are not eligible.
  • Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
  • After approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Only eligible items meeting return conditions can be exchanged.

  • Fragrance perception may vary from person to person and is not considered a defect.
  • Slight variations in color, packaging, or fragrance intensity may occur due to natural ingredients.
